Individualized Therapy

Evaluation and treatment of infants aged 0-1 years within their home environment or in our Hamilton office. Tiny Tots OT specializes in breast and bottle feeding support, oral motor dysfunction, tethered oral tissues, starting solids, tension/tightness, bootle refusal, and developmental milestones.

Movement Groups

Tiny Tots OT and Small Strides PT collaborate to bring you Mini Movers–developmental movement groups for littles. Held in various locations around the north shore. Follow on Instagram to find out more information.

Infant Self Feeding Consults

Tiny Tots OT offers education on starting solids with your little one. Wether you are a first time parent and don’t know where to start with solids or you want to try the baby led weaning/infant self feeding with your subsequent children, these visits provide all the information you need for a successful start to your babies feeding journey.

Parent Education

Tiny Tots OT offers parent education opportunities including the First Bites class, an introduction to baby led weaning/infant self feeding. Follow on instagram to find out about our next offerings.

Wellness Visits

Tiny Tots OT offers 1-hour wellness visits in Newburyport and the surrounding area. These are a great option for new parents and include breastfeeding/bottle feeding support, oral motor screening, tummy time support, screening for tension/tightness, and much much more!

Reasons for an OT Eval:

  • Breast or bottle feeding difficulties

  • Pre/post tongue tie release

  • Oral motor dysfunction

  • Delayed motor milestones (rolling, sitting, crawling)

  • Tension/Tightness/ Asymmetries

  • Decreased strength or endurance

  • Difficulty starting solids

Signs of infant feeding dysfunction:

  • Nipple pain

  • Popping off nipple or bottle

  • Clicking while feeding

  • Choking/coughing at breast or bottle

  • Fatiguing during breast/bottle feeding

  • Long feeds or super short feeds

  • Difficulty feeding on one side

  • Leaking milk out of the sides of mouth

  • Milk transfer concerns (slow weight gain)

  • Bottle refusal
